Personal Data Privacy Policy

This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") applies to all information located on the website ruseabuckthorn.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), which users of the Website may obtain while using the Website, its services, programs, and products. The use of the Website's services constitutes the User's full agreement with this Policy and the conditions of processing their personal data specified herein.   • 4.5.3. if the transfer is required within the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

4.6. Transmission of anonymized User data to third parties for the purpose of assessing and analyzing the performance of the Website, analyzing User purchasing patterns, and providing personal recommendations is not considered a violation of paragraph 4.5 of this Policy.

4.11. Cross-border transfer of personal data to the territory of foreign states may be carried out by the Operator only in cases and in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation, for the purpose of executing a contract with the User (for example, in case of international delivery of goods).

5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

5.1. The Website User has the right to receive information regarding the processing of their personal data. The User can obtain any clarifications on questions of interest regarding the processing of personal data by contacting the Operator at: sava@tpksava.ru.

5.2. The Website User undertakes to:

  • 5.2.1. provide information on personal data necessary for using the Website;
  • 5.2.2. update and supplement the provided information on personal data in case of changes in this information;
  • 5.2.3. not disclose to third parties the login and password used for identification on the Website: ruseabuckthorn.com;
  • 5.2.4. exercise due diligence in storing and using the login and password (including: using licensed antivirus programs, using complex alphanumeric combinations when creating a password, not providing a computer or other equipment with the User's logged-in login and password to third parties, etc.).

5.3. 6. Updating, Correction, Deletion, and Destruction of Personal Data

6.1. The Website User has the right to demand from the Operator the clarification of their personal data, its blocking or destruction if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained, or is not necessary for the stated purpose of processing, as well as to take measures provided by law to protect their rights.

6.3. All issues related to the clarification, blocking, and destruction of the User's personal data are resolved in the order prescribed by Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data".

7. Final Provisions

7.1. Disputes arising in the process of using the Website shall be resolved voluntarily by sending a corresponding claim to the address: sava@tpksava.ru. If an agreement is not reached, they shall be referred to court in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
